A joint venture formed by China Harbour Engineering Co., Ltd. and Xi'an Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd. participated in the bidding.
Dias believes that in its relationship with China, Colombia should explore the potential of its mineral reserves to increase its export share to China.
He stated that re industrialization and foreign trade policies will attract investment from enterprises located in high value-added production links in the global value chain, thereby creating more opportunities.
In 2022, the bilateral trade volume of goods between China and Colombia was 22.642 billion US dollars, of which China exported 15.6 billion US dollars and imported 7.042 billion US dollars.
