On November 17th, the reporter learned that with the completion of the final concrete pouring in the warehouse, the main structures of the first batch of buildings in the JD.com Intelligent Industrial Park · Guangzhou Huadu Phase I project have successfully been capped. The relevant person in charge of JD Industrial Development's South China region stated that the JD Intelligent Industrial Park · Guangzhou Huadu project is rapidly advancing and landing, and will continue to uphold JD Industrial Development's mission of "empowering urban development with intelligent industries". The project will become a benchmark for intelligent industrial parks in the South China region, providing new strength for the rapid development of settled enterprises, and injecting new momentum into urban industrial upgrading.
According to reports, in December 2022, JD.com launched the "Luozi" Guangzhou Huadu and built an intelligent manufacturing industrial park. After the official start of construction in July 2023, the first batch of building main structures were capped in just 4 months. Next, strict quality and safety control of project construction will be continued to accelerate the construction progress. It is expected to complete the overall completion and acceptance work of the first phase of the project by the end of 2024 and deliver it for use before March 2025.
The relevant person in charge of the Management Committee of Huadu Economic Development Zone stated that the JD Intelligent Industrial Park is a solid achievement of cooperation between Huadu and JD Group. We hope that JD can continue to leverage its brand advantages, supply chain and industrial chain integration advantages, and lead and drive related high-quality enterprises to accelerate their agglomeration in Huadu.
It is reported that since the launch of investment promotion in June this year, more than ten enterprises have signed contracts to settle in the JD Intelligent Industrial Park · Guangzhou Huadu Project.
On the day of the ceremony, there was also a signing ceremony for the first batch of enterprises to enter the park. Enterprises that have already settled in the park signed an enterprise entry agreement with JD Guangzhou Huadu Intelligent Industrial Park, laying a solid foundation for the industrial agglomeration development of Huadu District.
