除上述措施外,京东集团创始人、董事局主席刘强东又在“京东年货节”开启的第一天自掏腰包下单8万盒巧克力,给北京、宿迁、成都、武汉、大同等全国各地的京东员工送出了一份“新年冬日惊喜”。京东员工年底收获三重惊喜。
随着持续推进20薪,京东通过加大投入,让大多数员工获得了五个月以上的年终奖,在增强待遇内部公平性的同时,将京东的年终奖水平放在行业头部前30%水平。
