Meta plans to add a display screen to its Ray Ban smart glasses as early as next year. According to insiders, Meta is collaborating with eyewear group EssilorLuxottica to add a display screen to its $300 sunglasses. The new glasses may be launched as early as the second half of 2025, and the display screen may be used to display notifications or replies from Meta's virtual assistant. (Financial Times)
