On December 14th, at the 22nd Annual Conference of Chinese Enterprise Leaders held in Beijing, Li Peng, founder and chairman of Quantum Song, a representative enterprise of the silver hair economy, deeply analyzed the current development status and unique advantages of China's silver hair economy, and proposed new ideas for achieving high-quality development of the silver hair economy through digital and intelligent elderly education.
Li Peng pointed out that from a global perspective, China's silver haired economy has three major characteristics: firstly, China has a large population of silver haired people, and the aging trend is accelerating, providing a broad market foundation for the development of the silver haired economy; Secondly, the internet penetration rate of the elderly population has significantly increased, and the popularization of digital technology has provided more opportunities for them to participate in society and consume; Thirdly, although the penetration rate of elderly education still needs to be improved, the demand for knowledge and spiritual and cultural life among the elderly population is increasing, showing enormous potential for development.
With the dual support of policy promotion and digital technology iteration, China is expected to directly cross the stage of "aging+industrialization", enter the stage of "aging+digitalization", and accelerate towards a new era of "aging+AI". Li Peng believes that this historic transformation can not only stimulate the endogenous motivation of the silver haired population, transforming them from passive "caregivers" to active social and economic participants, but also have the potential to open up a unique path for the development of the silver haired economy in China.
In this process, "elderly education" is one of the key levers. Li Peng stated that by improving the level of elderly education, it can meet the multi-level needs of "enjoying oneself in old age," "learning in old age," and "making achievements in old age." On the one hand, by taking interest based learning as the starting point, elderly people can achieve spiritual enjoyment and life expansion through rich courses such as online calligraphy, painting, health preservation, and cultural tourism; On the other hand, technology is used as a tool to help them obtain digital skills training and volunteer service opportunities, creating sustained value for society.
Recently, Qianchi Academy, a subsidiary of Quantum Song, is building a silver education service system that integrates "online+offline". The platform collaborates with more than 50 industry associations and think tanks to launch online courses such as calligraphy and Eight Section Brocade, as well as offline learning services such as Jingdezhen and Wudangshan, continuously weaving a service network for elderly education. In Beijing, Qianchi Academy has created a "Four Seasons Qianchi Elderly School" on a community basis, building a "15 minute learning circle" and making elderly education within reach, truly bridging the "last 100 meters" of service. It is reported that on December 13th, the "Four Seasons Thousand Feet" Elderly School of Anzhen Street Elderly Care Service Center officially opened, and offered courses such as yoga, calligraphy, and eight dan brocade. As of now, the "Four Seasons Thousand Feet" Elderly School has opened over 11 schools in Beijing.

At the same time, Qianchi Academy is constantly exploring the organic integration of public welfare, inclusiveness, and business, such as meeting the basic learning needs of the elderly with public welfare courses, providing low-cost expansion services with inclusive courses, and realizing personalized value-added services through commercial courses, providing multi-level services for the silver haired group, and forming a service system that balances social and economic benefits.
In addition, Qianchi Academy is driven by technological innovation and has taken the lead in adopting the CTA curriculum model, combining course content, adaptation tools, and artificial intelligence to achieve personalized learning support for silver education. Introducing visual recognition and AI grading in calligraphy classes to evaluate works, provide feedback and modification suggestions, etc., to make learning more targeted and effective for the elderly.
The deep integration of "aging+AI" will provide a rare historical opportunity for China to explore a silver haired economic model that is in line with its own national conditions. Li Peng calls on more industry partners to participate and jointly build a new ecosystem of silver economy driven by technology and centered on service upgrading.
At the same time, he stated that with the increasing maturity of China's silver education experience, these explorations not only serve the domestic market, but also have the potential to provide a Chinese path for solving the aging problem globally. "In the digital age, cyberspace knows no borders. We can not only export mature education models and operational experience, but also allow China's traditional wisdom to go global, providing reference and guidance for other countries to address the challenges of aging. In the future, by promoting the further integration of traditional Chinese culture and digital education, China's silver economy will demonstrate stronger international competitiveness and influence.
