星巴克不断升级会员消费体验 焕新“星式生活”

据悉,星巴克中国2011年推出星享俱乐部,提供更多了解和感受星巴克咖啡与文化的机会,成为了除门店以外另一个不断增进与顾客之间情感联结的载体,受到广大顾客欢迎。
今年6月份,星享俱乐部会员体系迎来重大升级,增设新的星星兑换机制和玩法,让星巴克会员的每一颗星星都能被兑换,都能“动起来”。这次升级还首次增设了钻星会员等级,首期推出的钻星会员好礼与服务包括点单快速通道、生日专属礼物、专属咖啡之旅等。
星巴克方面对记者表示,在中国将继续聚焦“高质量”“可盈利”“可持续”的增长战略,为顾客们带去更丰富的“星式生活”焕新体验。
