On December 13th, Tesla China's official website launched a new car infotainment feature - Actually Smart Summon. Tesla owners can operate the Tesla app on their mobile phones to automatically park their vehicles from the parking space and drive them to the owner's side or the location specified by the owner on their phone. The vehicle needs to remain within the owner's line of sight while moving. It is reported that this feature will be pushed to car owners through OTA remote software update function in the future.
According to Tesla China officials, this feature is applicable to Tesla vehicles equipped with EAP (Enhanced Autonomous Driving Assistance) or FSD (Fully Autonomous Driving Capability). New cars delivered recently and some Tesla vehicles upgraded to subsequent OTA versions through remote software updates can be experienced. Recently, this feature has been widely praised by Tesla owners since its launch in North America and other regions.
