According to DoNews, recently, some players have reported receiving promotional text messages for "Reverse Water Cold" from NetEase Games, stating that "all company leaders are gone, and there is no one to manage my benefits". On November 25th, NetEase Thunderfire reported that it had deducted money and issued warnings and punishments to the employees involved. "After investigation, it was found that the sending of the text message was caused by a series of dereliction of duty by some employees and management personnel of the Marketing Department of NetEase Thunderfire Games. This seriously violates NetEase's business philosophy, triggers negative social feedback, and causes serious damage to the company's image.
