综合经济对策的财政支出规模达到21.9万亿日元，其中作为2024财年补充预算案的一般会计支出约为13.9万亿日元，该补充预算案将在12月上旬提交日本国会进行表决。若加算民间资金在内，综合经济对策总规模将达到39万亿日元。（总台记者 林博翰）
