On November 7th, Telef ó nica announced a voluntary public tender offer to Telef ó nica Deutschland through its wholly-owned subsidiary, to acquire no more than 28.19% of the shares of Telef ó nica Deutschland, with a tender offer price of 2.35 euros per share. Spain Telecom currently holds approximately 71.81% of the shares of Spain Telecom Germany (directly and indirectly).
