According to the Tianyancha App, SAIC General Motors Co., Ltd. has undergone business changes recently. Chen Hong has resigned as a director, Wang Xiaoqiu has been appointed as vice chairman, Zhuang Jingxiong has resigned as director and general manager, and some key personnel have also changed.
SAIC General Motors Co., Ltd. was established in May 1997, with MARY TERESA BARRA as its legal representative and a registered capital of 1.083 billion US dollars. Its business scope includes manufacturing automobiles, engines, transmissions, and their components. It is jointly owned by SAIC Group (600104), General Motors China Limited, and General Motors (China) Investment Co., Ltd.
