The US District Court judge dismissed the lawsuit against Tesla on September 30th local time. The shareholders who filed the lawsuit claim that the company and CEO Elon Musk misled investors about the company's fully autonomous driving (FSD) technology, resulting in a decline in stock prices and causing losses to investors. The judge believes that some of the accused exaggerations involve future plans, while others may not necessarily be false.
