他表示,情绪即为用户提供情绪价值,得先了解用户需求;场景即洞察用户的场景、了解用户在具体场景中的需求,进而转化成产品和服务体验;全域即需要在品牌建设、产品“种草”和效果转化中,找到一个平衡点。
