On September 10th, a reporter from Beijing Business Daily learned that Andema has stated that it expects the cost of restructuring work to be higher than previously predicted, and it is expected to generate pre tax restructuring expenses of $140 million to $160 million in the fiscal years 2025 and 2026. Its stock price fell by 3% in after hours trading. The company had expected to generate nearly $70 million to $90 million in expenses last month. Andema stated that the cost increase is related to the company's decision to exit a distribution facility located in Rialto, California. The company still predicts adjusted earnings per share of $0.19 to $0.22 for the fiscal year 2025, with an estimated $0.23.
