On August 20th, a reporter from Beijing Business Daily learned from Tesla that at the 2024 World Robot Conference held from August 21st to 25th this year, Tesla Optimus humanoid robot, Cyber off-road travel vehicle, and FSD (fully autonomous driving capability) will all be unveiled, among which Optimus humanoid robot will make its debut in Beijing.
It is reported that Tesla is integrating inference computing technology into electric vehicles and plans to continue expanding the application of this technology in the future humanoid robot Optimus.
Previously, Tesla CEO Elon Musk predicted that the Optimus humanoid robot market has a market value of $25 trillion. According to the plan, Tesla will start small-scale production of humanoid robots from next year, and the Tesla factory will deploy over 1000 humanoid robots to assist humans in their work next year.
