On August 9th, Beijing Business Daily reported that Est é e Lauder announced the appointment of Rashida La Lande as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. She will become a member of Est é e Lauder's executive leadership team, effective from August 19th. In April of this year, Est é e Lauder announced the resignation of its Executive Vice President and General Counsel Deirdre Stanley.
