根据澳大利亚统计局10月31日发布的数据，从2021年到2022年，澳大利亚的海外出生人口增加了15.5万人。截至2022年6月30日，有770万澳大利亚居民出生在国外，占全国总人口的29.5％。这标志着澳大利亚的海外出生人口在疫情限制移民后开始复苏。
