　　8月7日消息，知情人士称，必和必拓计划出售其通过收购澳大利亚矿企Oz Minerals获得的巴西铜矿和金矿资产。

　　据悉，在完成对上述资产的战略审查后，必和必拓已聘请桑坦德银行为潜在的出售谈判提供建议。（彭博）
