According to Morningstar, as of the end of the first quarter, there were 355 actively managed funds holding Nvidia positions, with a total size of 5% or more of its assets, compared to only 108 funds holding Nvidia positions in the same period last year. The fund holding Nvidia has benefited from it so far. According to data from Morningstar, actively managed US stock funds that hold Nvidia stocks have seen an average increase of 16.3% in the first six months of 2024, while funds that do not hold Nvidia stocks have an average return rate of only 5.7%.
