Polar Star Motors announced on June 18th that its chairman, Hkan Samuelsson, will step down. The board of directors of Polaris has appointed Winfried Vahland as the successor to Samuelsson, and this appointment will take effect after the company's annual general meeting.
Fan Ande has served as the President and CEO of Volkswagen Group (China), as well as the CEO of Skoda. He joined the board of directors of Polestar in January of this year.
