On June 18th, Singapore's state-owned investment company Temasek Holdings issued a statement stating that Shell has agreed to acquire all shares of liquefied natural gas trader Pavilion Energy Pte. The transaction will strengthen Shell's business in the liquefied natural gas sector. Temasek expects the transaction to be completed in the first quarter of 2025, but did not disclose financial details.
