On June 4th local time, Intel announced that it had agreed to sell 49% of the joint venture operating company of Ireland's Lexlip Fab 34 factory to Apollo Global Management for a consideration of $11 billion. Intel stated that the construction of the factory is "basically completed" and will apply Intel's new processes Intel 4 and Intel 3.
