The UK regulatory authorities will not investigate the partnership between Microsoft and Mistral AI. The UK Competition and Market Authority (CMA) issued a statement on May 17, ruling that Microsoft's partnership with Mistral AI does not qualify for investigation under the merger provisions of the UK Companies Act 2002.
