木村敬表示，他已提议今夏访问台积电总部商讨建新厂事宜。台积电在日本的首家工厂已在2月开业，预计今年晚些时候开始量产，第二工厂则定于年底前开建。这两座工厂均获得日本政府补助。（彭博）
