10月16日，@京东发言人发布声明称，近日，有关章泽天女士加入“光明会”、恶意造谣抹黑刘强东章泽天夫妇家庭及私人生活等不实信息在网络上广泛传播，大量水军账号有组织地大肆散布、传播上述谣言，短时间内炮制出上万条谣言信息。刘强东章泽天夫妇已向公安机关报案，警方已受理该案且正在侦办中。
