On November 30th, according to Jiemian News, JPMorgan Chase agreed to withdraw its lawsuit against Tesla on November 29th, accusing the electric car manufacturer of "openly" violating the contract signed between the two companies in 2014 regarding Tesla's sale of stock warrants to the bank. The two companies announced their withdrawal of the lawsuit in a court filing in Manhattan and stated that they will waive their claims against each other. Both companies have not disclosed the terms of the settlement. JPMorgan sued Tesla in November 2021 for $162.2 million, alleging that Tesla violated a contract related to stock warrants sold to the bank in 2014.
