According to reports, Cook subsequently appeared in Chengdu's Taikoo Village and was surrounded by onlookers. Citizens greeted him and took photos with him, and Cook also raised his "scissors hand" in response. Interestingly, Cook also watched passersby play 'Glory of the King' inside the Taikoo Li Apple store.
Previously, according to Forbes, the latest report from analysis firm CCS Insight stated that by the end of this year, the global iPhone ownership will reach 1.3 billion units, of which over 50% are second-hand phones. Starting from 2024, the average lifespan of the iPhone series models will reach 8 years.
Apple launched the new iPhone 15 series on September 13th this year and officially launched it on September 22nd. According to a report from CINNO Research cited by Cailian News Agency, due to the continued weakness in consumer demand, coupled with increasingly complete and popular smartphone functions, and longer replacement cycles, it is predicted that the sales performance of the iPhone 15 series will be around 10 million units in 2023, a 22% decrease compared to the sales performance of the previous generation iPhone 14 series during the same period, a decrease of about 2.9 million units.
Is Cook visiting China again to boost Apple's revenue? Attention grabbing.
