In the first half of 2024, JD Logistics deepened cooperation with multiple top customers in industries such as home appliances, clothing, and alcoholic beverages. At the same time, standardized service products were created for mid-level customers to promote steady growth in external integrated supply chain revenue.
In the first half of the year, the revenue of JD Logistics' integrated supply chain customers reached 41.8 billion yuan, and the revenue from external integrated supply chain customers reached 15.4 billion yuan, maintaining a steady growth trend. By continuously improving the competitiveness of products and services, stimulating frontline sales vitality and other development strategies, JD Logistics has further achieved growth in the number of external integrated supply chain customers, and continuously expanded the breadth of cooperation and service depth with customers. As of the first half of 2024, the number of external integrated supply chain customers has reached 64000, and the average single customer income of external integrated supply chain customers has reached 239000 yuan.
While continuously expanding the integrated supply chain logistics, JD Logistics continues to create industry-leading express delivery services and collaborates with Deppon to strengthen the construction of basic network capabilities. The constantly improving standardized products such as express delivery and express delivery always represent the highest standards in the industry, such as high quality, reliability, and convenience. In the first half of 2024, JD Logistics' revenue from other customers reached RMB 44.5 billion, a year-on-year increase of 14.5%.
