Chemical company Seranis announced on December 10th local time that Scott Richardson, the current Chief Operating Officer of Seranis, has been appointed as CEO from January 1, 2025 and will join the company's board of directors. Richardson will take over from Lori Ryerkerk, who will resign as President, CEO, and Director of Seranis at the end of the year. Edward Galante has been elected as an independent director of Seranis since 2013 and will serve as Chairman of the Seranis Board, effective from Ryerkerk's resignation.
