据悉，黑石集团可能会与欧舒丹董事长Reinold Geiger联手收购，最快未来几日内发布公告。知情人士称，洽谈已进入后期阶段，但仍有可能被推迟甚至破裂。
欧舒丹9日早间在港交所公告称，公司股份自当日上午9时起短暂停牌，以待发布一则根据公司收购及合并守则并构成公司内幕消息的公告。（彭博）
