On March 21st, Sony Group announced that it will increase the salary levels of Sony employees starting from the 2024 fiscal year. For formal employees at the supervisory level, the maximum monthly salary increase will exceed 50000 yen, and the starting salary of new employees will also increase by 10000 yen on the current basis.
