General Motors announced on March 13th that Gerald Johnson, Executive Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Sustainable Development, who has been with the company for 44 years, will retire, and Jens Peter Clausen will take over. General Motors also announced that Mike Abbott, Executive Vice President of Software and Services, will step down due to health reasons.
