On March 11th, it was reported that Vale recently submitted a document confirming that CEO Eduardo Bartolomeo will remain in office until December 31st.
Bartolomeo will support the CEO's handover work as a company consultant until December 2025. After the succession process is completed, Vale will appoint a new CEO.
