On Thursday (February 22) local time, Reddit, also known as "American version Tieba" or "American version Tianya", submitted an S-1 form to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to officially apply for listing of Class A common shares on the New York Stock Exchange, with the trading code "RDDT".
