On October 20th, Nike Greater China recently released an internal letter announcing the launch of a new hybrid working mode. Employees work in the company four days a week, from Monday to Thursday. The new work mode will be officially implemented on January 8, 2024, and the scope is limited to office employees. The letter stated that "the change in work mode is not only to enhance communication and cooperation among everyone, but also to better serve our consumers". According to the latest financial report, Nike Greater China achieved revenue of $1.735 billion (approximately 12.668 billion RMB) in the first quarter of the 2024 fiscal year, an increase of 12% year-on-year on the basis of unchanged exchange rates, achieving positive growth for the fourth consecutive quarter and double digit growth for two consecutive quarters.
