星巴克CEO纳思瀚表示,星巴克中国的发展正呈现出强劲势能。星巴克的目标是成为高端咖啡市场的首选品牌,为消费者提供更多具有本地特色的咖啡产品创新。此外,星巴克还通过达人和相关方合作,增加社交媒体互动,继而提升产品认知和顾客的消费频次。在科技方面,星巴克进行重磅投资,持续提高全渠道能力。值得一提的是,星巴克正在加快市场下沉的步伐,将门店开到中国更多新的县城。
此前,星巴克提出,在2025年实现开出9000家门店的发展目标。纳思瀚表示,星巴克继续看好中国咖啡市场的巨大潜力,并将践行扎根中国市场的承诺持续投资。今年是星巴克进入中国市场25周年,目前在中国内地市场的店数已突破7000家。
