On January 19th, sources informed that Sony Group held a board meeting on January 19th and is expected to make a decision on its $10 billion merger plan with Zee Entertainment Enterprises for its Indian business. Subsequently, Sony may notify the Tokyo Stock Exchange early next week to terminate the transaction. (Economic Times of India)
