On January 1st, ASML issued a statement on its official website stating that the export licenses for its NXT: 2050i and NXT: 2100i lithography systems have been partially revoked by the Dutch government, affecting a few Chinese customers. ASML stated that in recent discussions with the US government, the company has further clarified the scope and impact of US export control regulations.
