According to Financial Times, Unilever will sell its Elida Beauty business to private equity firm Yellow Wood Partners, which includes over 20 non core personal beauty brands including Q-tips, Timotei, Impulse, and Ponds. The specific transaction amount has not been disclosed, and the transaction is expected to be completed in the middle of next year.
