On November 15th, it was learned from Yihang Intelligence that it has signed a cooperation framework agreement with Xiangyuan Culture and Tourism, a A-share listed company. Xiangyuan Culture and Tourism will purchase 50 EH216-S or similar unmanned aerial vehicles from Yihang Intelligence for the layout and application of its tourism projects, depending on market development needs.
It is reported that both sides will jointly explore an industrial model that integrates low altitude economy and cultural tourism consumption scenarios for China. According to the agreement, the first batch of 5 EH216-S aircraft ordered for purchase are planned to be used for tourism and sightseeing in scenic areas. Other intended EH216-S aircraft will also be gradually deployed in tourist attractions under the umbrella of Xiangyuan Culture and Tourism.
Based on the broad prospects of combining the low altitude economy with the tourism market, Xiangyuan Culture and Tourism recently established a subsidiary, Xiangyuan Aviation Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xiangyuan Aviation"), to explore the application of air sightseeing and tourism in various tourist destinations through the purchase of Yihang Intelligent Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (eVTOL). According to the announcement of Xiangyuan Culture and Tourism, Xiangyuan Navigation has a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Among them, Xiangyuan Culture and Tourism invested 40 million yuan, holding 80% of the shares; Xiangyuan Holdings invested 5 million yuan and holds a 10% stake; Liu Jiangtao contributed 5 million yuan and holds a 10% stake.
At present, Xiangyuan Culture and Tourism, together with its parent company Xiangyuan Holdings Group, has invested, constructed and operated more than 40 well-known cultural and tourism projects in China, including Bailong Tianti in Zhangjiajie, Hunan, Huanglongdong, Fenghuang Ancient City in Hunan, Mangshan in Hunan, Bifengxia in Ya'an, Sichuan, Qiyun Mountain in Anhui, and Danxia Mountain in Guangdong.
Since the beginning of this year, Yihang Intelligent has received purchase orders from multiple government departments in various regions. Among them, Xishan Culture and Tourism has ordered 50 EH216-S aircraft and has already paid a total contract price of 113 million yuan to Yihang Intelligent. At the same time, Xishan Culture and Tourism has signed an intention to purchase an additional 450 EH216-S aircraft with Yihang Intelligence in the next 2 years, which will be used for low altitude scenarios such as tourism and manned transportation, jointly promoting the application and operation of unmanned eVTOL in North China.
At the same time, Yihang Intelligence has also signed a cooperation agreement with the government of Wencheng County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Based on the cooperation between the two parties, Wencheng County Transportation Development Group Co., Ltd. has signed a purchase agreement for the first batch of 30 EH216-S aircraft with Yihang Intelligence, and has paid 50% of the total purchase price as a prepayment. The remaining balance will be paid before delivery; In addition, Wencheng County plans to purchase an additional 270 EH216-S aircraft by the end of 2026, and has already paid a non refundable deposit.
