On November 13th, Marriott International Group announced that it has signed a contract with Shenzhen Ronghua Land Investment Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Huafa Group) to develop the JW Marriott Hotel in Bao'an District, Shenzhen. It is reported that the hotel is expected to have 352 guest rooms, 4 dining venues, 2460 square meters of banquet and conference space, as well as leisure facilities such as JW Spa, gym, swimming pool, and JW Children's Center.
