ParTec files patent infringement lawsuit against Nvidia in Munich

According to a statement, ParTec and its exclusive licensor and authorized agent BF exaQC AG filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Nvidia at the Munich Unified Patent Court on October 27th local time. The lawsuit requests the court to issue an injunction, prohibiting Nvidia from selling important products in its GPU product portfolio in patent protected countries in Europe.
