On October 20th, sources familiar with the matter said that Italian energy giant Eni Group plans to sell up to 49% of its biogas business Enibioch4in Spa and has hired French foreign trade bank to find potential investors.
According to reports, this potential sale is part of Eni's restructuring plan aimed at helping fund the group's transition to natural gas and renewable energy businesses. (Italian Evening Post)
