New Beijing News (Reporter Wang Ping) On September 25th, a reporter from New Beijing News learned from Haidilao that five new autumn products have been launched, covering three major categories of hotpot, staple food, and beverages, including two national geographical indication products.
It is reported that the new autumn products include two main dishes, "Shrimp Smooth Fish Seed Sandwich" and "Black Truffle Fish Seed Beef Rice", two hot dishes from National Geographic Indication products, "Hulunbuir Grassland Fat Beef Roll" and "Hulunbuir Cordyceps Flower Fat Beef Roll", and a new beverage, "Sea Buckthorn Passion Fruit Vitamin C Small Bomb".
Haidilao stated that the launch of this new product took 6 months from its launch to its official launch, with over 70 new products screened layer by layer. After blind testing and tasting by more than 400 consumers in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu and other places, it was finally finalized. Song Qing, Executive Director, Deputy General Manager, and Director of the Product Committee of Hai Di Lao, stated that during the trial sales phase of the new products, the cumulative sales of "Hulunbuir Grassland Fat Beef Rolls" and "Hulunbuir Cordyceps Flower Fat Beef Rolls" reached 2.6 million copies.
In response to this new release, Haidilao is controlling the source of production to ensure that all beef is produced in the Hulunbuir production area. At the supply chain level, the entire process adopts constant temperature cold chain transportation, and 34 warehouses are deployed nationwide to ensure that the stores use the freshest and latest batches of products.
During the autumn new season, Haidilao will launch the "As long as you can paint a cow, Haidilao will send a cow" painting activity, and set up Hulunbuir themed stores in four cities: Beijing, Qingdao, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen.
