Nomura plans to hire wealth management bankers in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai

On August 30th, Ravi Raju, head of international wealth management at Nomura Holdings, announced that the company plans to hire more wealth management bankers in Dubai, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
Nomura expects to hire 3-4 additional account managers in Dubai by the end of the year, bringing the current number to 10. The company also plans to hire 30-35 bankers in the next two years and evenly distribute these personnel in Hong Kong and Singapore, where there are currently approximately 50 and 40 bankers respectively.
Ravi Raju stated that Nomura is confident in achieving a wealth asset size of $35 billion outside of Japan by next year. (Reuters)
