门店方面,星巴克下沉市场门店规模进一步扩大,新进入38个县级市场。第三季度新增门店213家,新店数同比增长约13%。目前,星巴克在超过900个县级市场拥有7306家门店。
会员方面,星巴克星享俱乐部90天活跃会员达到创纪录的2200万,较上一季度增加100万,会员总数超过1.32亿,会员销售占比达75%。
如今国内咖啡市场竞争激烈,星巴克中国联席首席执行官刘文娟称,面对深刻变化的行业竞争格局,同店销售等数据必然受到短期影响。“净收入、门店交易量、利润率等关键业务数据的环比持续增长,是我们当前的关注焦点。”
谈及价格战,刘文娟表示,在促销活动频繁的竞争环境中,星巴克避免价格战。与此同时,星巴克采取了有针对性的精准定价策略,以创造新的销售增量,培养顾客的消费习惯。
