Meta releases the strongest open-source AI model benchmark GPT4-o Claude 3.5 Sonnet! On Tuesday local time, American tech giant Meta released its strongest open-source artificial intelligence (AI) model, Llama 3.1, with three different versions. Zuckerberg called it a "top-notch" AI model in the industry and stated that it can compete with similar products from competitors such as OpenAI and Google. Meta's announcement shows that Llama 3.1 has undergone significant updates based on Llama 3. Llama 3.1 is mainly used to drive chatbots, enabling conversations in eight languages, writing higher quality computer code, and solving more complex mathematical problems.
