Amazon signs a $15 billion revolving credit agreement

On November 1st local time, Amazon disclosed in a regulatory filing submitted by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that the company had signed a five-year revolving credit financing agreement. This credit agreement replaces the previously revised and restated $10 billion credit agreement. This credit agreement provides the company with an unsecured revolving credit line with a borrowing capacity of up to $15 billion.
