On June 21, AMD China announced on its official WeChat account that the fifth generation AMD EPYC processor is expected to be launched in the second half of 2024. The fifth generation AMD EPYC processor based on the "Zen 5" core supports up to 192 cores and 384 threads, and has 13 small chips manufactured using 3nm and 6nm process technology.
