According to people familiar with the matter, Wal Mart is cutting hundreds of company positions and requiring most remote employees to return to the office. Employees from small offices located in Dallas, Atlanta, and Toronto are required to transfer to larger centers. The person said that as long as employees spend most of their time in the office, they will still be allowed to work remotely part-time. (Bloomberg)
